Returns Policy

Please note: 

  • We do not exchange products. To change a size or style, the original item must be returned; then a new item purchased. 

  • All return requests must be approved by Clinical Kicks before they are returned (as per the Returns Process below). 

Change of mind returns  Returning an item or a size that you ordered but no longer want is a change of mind.  If you wish to return an Online Purchase due to change of mind, it must be:

  • The original Online Purchase

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the original packaging, boxes and tags intact

  • In a new saleable condition

  • Returned within 30 days from when the order is received

  • You will not pay for return postage if the item was received damaged, defective or the wrong item was sent. In other cases, you will need to pay for return postage.

  • When returning items for a refund, any delivery charges you paid with your original order are not refundable. If a discount voucher was used in the original order, the conditions of the voucher offer and the discount amount will be taken into account when calculating the amount due to be refunded for the returned item(s).

All other returns 

  • If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact customer service click here. A customer service representative will respond within 2 business days with the next steps. 

  • If you have received an item that you consider is faulty, please click here, and fill out the form. A claims representative will respond within 2 business days with the next steps. 

  • Special offers and discounted items: If a product is a special offer or discounted item it cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
